AT THE TIME OF INDUCTION ON MAY 11, 2002 -- Class of 2002...

SUMMARY

Tom is competitive on the lanes while, at the same time, being outgoing and friendly. Tom is dedicated to the game of bowling and has been a sanctioned bowler since 1958. He moved to Kokomo from Wisconsin in 1993 and immediately got involved in local bowling. He was well qualified, as he owned an eight-lane bowling center in Mayville, Wisconsin, for 19 years. Tom holds many average and city tournament records for Mayville. Tom shot some very high scores since coming to Kokomo including averaging 215 for the fall segment of the traveling scratch league in 1996.

Tom is a very consistent and accurate bowler who will generally perform very well across a wide range of lane conditions, including the more difficult tournament conditions. He is very knowledgeable and helpful to other bowlers. Mayville lost, and Kokomo gained, a great bowling servant in Tom Beale.
