  • She served two years as President of the Saturday Nite Mixed League, as well as Vice President and Sergeant-at-Arms on a variety of leagues.

 

OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • Colleen scored the first Kokomo Women's Bowling Association's WIBC Sanctioned 300 game on April 27, 1998, at Don Lowry Lanes.
  • She was on the record-breaking team of Go's Girls with a Team High Record Series of 3210 on April 27, 1998, in the 20th Century League at Lowry Lanes West. (707--Colleen Holaday, 738--Beth Stanley, 586--Lois Kelley, 525--LaDonna Ogle, 654--Tammy Burge)
  • With Colleen leading the way with KWBA's first WIBC sanctioned 300, the Go's Girls established the city record for Team High Game with 1155 on April 27, 1998, in the 20th Century League at Lowry Lanes West. (300--Colleen Holaday, 245--Beth Stanley, 197--Lois Kelley, 187--LaDonna Ogle, 226--Tammy Burge)
  • Colleen holds KWBA record for City Tournament Doubles Series bowled on March 25, 2001, (1311, 667) with Terri Walker (644), breaking their last city record of 1285 bowled in the 1999-2000 tournament.
  • Colleen's highest average is 196, highest game is obviously--300, and highest series is 712.
  • She was awarded many national, state, and local awards such as the All Spare Game, Dutch 200, 150 Pins Over Average Series, Most Improved Award, (3) 100 Pins Over Average Game, and Triplicate Award.
  • Colleen earned the League High Average Award 17 times with other awards such as league high game, league high series, etc.
  • Colleen enjoys bowling with her husband in tournaments also. They placed 2nd in the 1999-00 KBA/KWBA City Mixed Tournament in doubles and 10th in 2000-01. They also placed 7th in 2000-01 team with the Whiners.
  • Tournament participation for the nationals number approximately 12, placing 34th in the 2000 WIBC Championship Tournament and 125th in doubles.
  • Her participation in the KWBA Championship Tournament started in 1983; her WISBA Championship Tournament participation began in 1984. Her best finish in state was fifth in 2001.
  • Colleen has participated in the State Queens Tournament.
  • She participated in many Champion of Champion Tournaments.
  • Colleen participates in many tournaments--Valparaiso, Bluffton, Nappanee, Evansville, Elwood, and the Hoinke Classic in Cincinnati.
